A Moving Way to Remember
We thank you for your patience while our dedicated groundsmen continue clearing debris at Calvary Cemetery from storm damage which occurred earlier this month. Because of this storm damage, Catholic Cemeteries has closed Calvary Cemetery to all visitors outside of scheduled funerals until further notice. Though currently not available for visits, our ecological sustainability partnership with the Missouri Department of Conservation provides an additional way to enjoy our region's natural beauty. We invite you to visit the prairie at Calvary in its full beauty once the cemetery reopens.
Our 16 other cemetery locations remain open to visitors. Visiting is a moving way to remember loved ones, and Catholic Cemeteries provides fitting locations to pray for the faithful departed. A visit to one of our cemeteries is also an opportunity to connect with the St. Louis region’s history. We invite you to use our burial record search to locate the resting places of loved ones and notable figures.
Save the date to learn about our services at our next Open House, October 7 from 9AM-1PM at Calvary Cemetery. Tour our beautiful, sacred grounds and meet privately with our friendly memorial planning advisors. Please let us know if you plan to attend on our Facebook page. We’ll be offering those who visit that day a 10% discount for site purchases at any of our active cemeteries.
